ROBERIN Privacy Policy
Effective: August 14, 2026
ROBERIN (“the Site”) publishes this policy to explain the personal information actually processed, its purposes, and how individuals can exercise their rights. Registration is not required, and core tools remain available without optional-cookie consent.
Purposes, data, and retention
| Activity | Data | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inquiries | Name or nickname, email, message, source-page title and URL, IP address, browser information (User-Agent) | Review and reply, investigate errors, prevent duplicate, automated, or spam submissions | Automatically deleted one year after submission |
| Access and security | IP address, requested URL, access time, browser/device information, referrer | Provide the service, security, incident response, abuse prevention, cookieless anonymous visit statistics | Deleted when no longer needed, within 90 days |
| Essential preferences | Language and optional-cookie choice | Remember language and privacy settings | Up to one year or until deleted in the browser |
| Ad delivery | IP address, browser/device information, requested page URL | Show Google AdSense ads and prevent invalid clicks, including non-personalized ads | Under Google policy and settings |
| Optional analytics and ads | Cookie/ad identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, visited pages and usage/ad interactions | Visit statistics, service improvement, ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention | Until consent is withdrawn or the service’s published retention period ends |
Optional analytics and advertising data is processed only after consent. The minimum data needed to display ads is still sent to Google regardless of that choice.
Collection and legal basis
- Inquiry data is collected when the user enters it and consents.
- Access/security data is processed automatically to provide and protect the service. The Site’s own visit statistics are built from the same data as anonymous aggregates and use no cookies or personal identifiers. The IP address is used only to compute a temporary value that is discarded daily and is never stored; country reporting truncates the IP before lookup and keeps only the country code.
- Personalized analytics and advertising data is processed after optional-cookie consent. The minimum data needed to display ads is sent to Google while ads are shown, regardless of that choice. Refusal does not block core tools.
Sharing and processors
The Site does not disclose inquiry data to third parties without separate consent or a specific legal requirement. Inquiry data is stored in a private management area. External notifications contain no name, email, message, or other inquiry personal data.
No outside provider currently processes inquiry personal data on the Site’s behalf. Any future processor and task will be disclosed here with required contractual and supervisory safeguards.
International transfers and external services
Data is transferred abroad as follows. The minimum data needed to display ads is transferred regardless of consent; data used for visit statistics and personalized ads is transferred only after optional-cookie consent.
| Recipient | Country | Data | Purpose | Timing/method | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC Contact: Google privacy contact |
United States and countries where Google processes services | IP address, browser/device information, requested page URL | Google AdSense ad display and invalid-click prevention, including non-personalized ads | Encrypted network transfer on pages that show ads, regardless of consent | Under Google policy and settings |
| Google LLC Contact: Google privacy contact |
United States and countries where Google processes services | Cookie/ad identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, visit and ad-interaction data | Google Analytics statistics; Google AdSense personalized delivery and measurement | Encrypted network transfer while using pages after optional-cookie consent | Under Google policy and settings: analytics identifiers generally up to 14 months and some cookies up to two years; users may delete them sooner |
Transfers for visit statistics and personalized ads are based on consent. Reject or withdraw it through “Cookie settings” in the Footer. This disables Google Analytics and personalized ads and leaves only non-personalized ads, which still send the minimum data such as the IP address to Google in order to display them. To stop external transfers including ads, use blocking features in the browser or an extension; core tools remain available either way. See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites.
Cookies and refusal
Essential cookies remember language and privacy choices. Optional cookies for Google Analytics and Google AdSense are enabled only after consent. The Site’s own visit statistics use no cookies and run as anonymous aggregates regardless of that choice. Change the choice under “Cookie settings” or delete cookies in the browser.
Deletion
Personal information is deleted when its purpose is complete or its retention period expires. Inquiry records are automatically deleted one year after submission. Electronic records are deleted so they are not readily recoverable. Legally required records are separated and deleted when the statutory period ends.
Individual rights
Individuals and lawful representatives may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent through the contact page. Include the request type, the email used at submission, and information needed for identity verification. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any restriction, refusal, and appeal method.
Privacy contact and remedies
The ROBERIN Operations Team handles privacy matters and complaints. Contact: ROBERIN contact page.
Security
We apply limited administrative access, protected authentication, HTTPS encryption, security updates, access-log review, and backups.
Changes
This policy applies from August 14, 2026. Change on August 14, 2026: the Site’s own visit statistics moved to cookieless anonymous aggregation, and optional cookies were narrowed to Google Analytics and Google AdSense. The same day we clarified that the Site’s own statistics never store the IP address and that the minimum data needed to display ads is sent to Google regardless of consent. Material changes to processing or external services will be published here with their effective date.
