If you need to be up around 7 AM, the 5-cycle option at 6:45 AM is the closest recommended wake time.

In "Find bedtime" mode, set wake time to 7:00 AM. To land on a full 6 cycles (9h) you'd need to be in bed by 9:45 PM; for 5 cycles (7h 30m) it's 11:15 PM; for 4 cycles (6h) it's 12:45 AM. These already account for a 15-minute time-to-fall-asleep, so in practice it's smart to lie down a few minutes earlier than the number shown.
