How to read your biorhythm results lightly
The biorhythm calculator uses your birth date and target date to show the position of the physical, emotional, and intellectual rhythms as sine waves. Treat the result as a self-check reference, not as a basis for health, safety, or important decisions.
What the result panel shows
Physical rhythm
Calculated on a 23-day cycle and used as a light reference for energy and body condition.
Emotional rhythm
Calculated on a 28-day cycle and used to glance at mood, creativity, and social flow.
Intellectual rhythm
Calculated on a 33-day cycle and used as a note-style check for focus, learning, and judgment.
31-day trend
The chart compares all three rhythms for 15 days before and after the selected target date.
How to use
- Enter your birth date — The calculator works by date, not by birth time.
- Choose the target date — Use today, tomorrow, one week later, or enter a date directly.
- Run the analysis — Check the three rhythm cards, overall flow, and 31-day chart.
- Copy if needed — Save the target date and rhythm values to your notes.
- Read the cautions — Treat high or low values as a reference signal and compare them with your real condition.
Calculation method
Each rhythm assumes a repeating wave based on the number of full days since birth. Values are shown between -100% and +100%, and values near 0% can be read as a transition area.
sin(2π × days lived ÷ cycle) × 100Physical 23 days · Emotional 28 days · Intellectual 33 days
Values are shown from -100% to +100%; areas near 0% are transition points.
The same formula draws 31 days: 15 before and 15 after the target date.
Useful ways to treat it
Pair it with sleep, exercise, and mood notes to reflect on your own pattern.
Use it to imagine how a non-critical day might feel.
Compare birthday-based cycles with friends or family for fun.
Cautions
Use as reference only
- Biorhythm theory is not a broadly validated diagnostic tool.
- For illness, safety, exams, investment, contracts, or other serious matters, rely on real information and professional advice.
- Dates before the birth date are not calculated. The same date is treated as day 0.
FAQ
Does a high value guarantee a good day?
No. It is a mathematical display of a cycle assumption. Sleep, food, stress, and health usually matter much more.
Can the birth date and target date be the same?
Yes. The birth date is calculated as day 0 and all three rhythms start around 0%.
What range does the chart show?
It shows 31 days: 15 days before, the target date, and 15 days after.
Does it use lunar birthdays or birth time?
No. The current tool uses the calendar dates you enter. Birth time, time zones, and lunar-date conversion are not included.
